Preventative Maintenance Program
This service includes a comprehensive exterior inspection of your property, using high-resolution drone footage when necessary, to assess roofs, siding, gutters, and other areas of your home. After the inspection, we provide a detailed analysis and customized maintenance plan outlining recommended actions to protect your property and extend the life of its exterior components.
This program is ideal for owners who want proactive care for their property and a clear, professional plan to prevent future expenses. Exterior preventative maintenance inspections are also available as a stand-alone service outside of our management packages.
